Requirements

Before you start, make sure that:

  • your Garmin account is connected to enduco

  • you have the Garmin Connect app installed on your smartphone

  • your Garmin watch or Garmin bike computer is synchronized

🔗 How to connect to Garmin

If you haven’t done so yet:

  • Open the enduco app

  • Go to your settings (profile picture at the bottom right)

  • Select Connected Devices

  • Tap on Garmin and follow the steps to link your account

Important: There are two different functions:

  • Import from Garmin (to transfer recorded activities)

  • Export to Garmin (to send planned workouts to your watch)

📤 How to export a workout

  • Open your calendar

  • Tap on the workout you want to export

  • Tap the “Start Workout” button at the bottom right

  • Connected devices: Garmin Connect

  • Select “Start/Export”

⚠️ Note: Only structured workouts with clearly defined training phases (e.g., pace, heart rate, or power zones) can be transferred. RPE workouts (based on perceived effort) are currently not supported by Garmin.

📱 Where do I find my workout in Garmin?

After export, you can find your workout in the Garmin Connect app calendar.

If the workout is scheduled for the current day, it often appears directly on the home screen of your watch.

↪️ Import Garmin activities into Enduco

Garmin Connect button

Activate Garmin under Settings → Connected Devices → Import → Garmin Connect to import recorded Garmin activities into Enduco.

Your workout will then appear in Enduco and will automatically be matched to the corresponding planned activity in your training plan. This way, you can see at a glance how well you hit your targets – 100 % is the goal 🏁
