In addition to automatic sync with connected devices, enduco also allows you to manually import and export workouts. This gives you full flexibility to move your training sessions across different platforms and devices whenever you need.

Import activities from a file πŸ“₯

If your activity wasn’t recorded via a connected device, you can still bring it into enduco manually. We currently support the following file types:

  • .fit files

  • .tcx files

To import, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Home screen in the enduco app.

  2. Tap Options βŠ•.

  3. Select Import activity from file.

  4. Choose your file and upload it.

Your activity will appear in enduco in your calendar.

Export planned workouts πŸ“€

Want to use your enduco workout on another platform or device? No problem – exporting your planned sessions is quick and flexible.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Open your calendar.

  2. Tap the Start/Export button on the workout.

  3. Select More options.

  4. Choose your export format:

  • .fit β†’ for Garmin, Wahoo, Bryton

  • .zwo β†’ for Zwift

  • .erg (for power-based workouts only) β†’ compatible with Rouvy, TrainerRoad, iMobileIntervals, and more

  • .mrc (for power-based workouts only) β†’ also compatible with Rouvy, TrainerRoad, iMobileIntervals, and others

Exported files can then be uploaded to your preferred training app or device so you can follow your enduco session wherever you like.

πŸ’‘ Tip

  • Always double-check that you export the right file type for your platform.

  • Power-based formats (.erg and .mrc) are only available if your workout includes power targets.

πŸ‘‰ This way, you stay flexible: Import activities you did elsewhere and take your enduco workouts with you across devices and platforms.
