With Polar, you can automatically import your completed workouts into enduco. This way, all your training sessions are in one place, and you can instantly see how well you followed your planned workouts.

🔴 Please note: An export of planned enduco workouts to Polar is not possible – this limitation is set by Polar.

⛓️ Connect your accounts

To link your Polar workouts with enduco, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings in the enduco app.

  2. Go to Connected devices.

  3. Select Import → Polar.

  4. Log in with your Polar account and confirm the connection.

Once connected, new workouts recorded with Polar will automatically be imported into enduco.

📁 Importing Polar workouts

As soon as your sessions are available in Polar, they will appear in enduco as well. They are automatically matched with the corresponding planned workout in your training schedule. You will also see your training accuracy in percent – showing whether you hit the target load, trained too lightly, or overshot the load.

Important notes

  • No export: Planned enduco workouts cannot be sent to Polar.

  • Only from connection date: Import starts once you connect Polar with enduco. Past sessions (history) cannot be transferred.

  • 🔄 One-time access: Polar only allows importing newly completed workouts – there is no repeated access to older sessions.
