Add custom activities, plan trainings, or swap sessions

Learn how to add your own activity, schedule sessions, or swap workouts directly from your training calendar.

Want more control over your training? Here’s how you can customize your schedule in the app:

1. Add a custom activity

Planning a ride with friends but don’t want a structured workout? You can add your own activity to make sure it still counts toward your training load.

How to do it:

Go to the Calendar tab → tap the three-dot icon on your chosen day → select “Add custom activity”.


2. Schedule a training

Want to plan a specific run or ride yourself?

How to do it:

In the Calendar tab, tap “Edit” in the middle of the screen → then tap the three-dot icon on the desired day → choose “Add training”.


3. Swap a training session

Want to replace a running session with a ride? Easy.

How to do it:

While in edit mode, tap the session you want to swap → choose “Swap training” → then select your preferred session.
