Workouts from Enduco to ZWIFT

Unfortunately, Zwift doesn’t offer a direct integration with Enduco. However, there are a couple of ways to get your Enduco workouts into Zwift.

Via Intervals.icu

Create a free Intervals.icu account and connect it to Enduco (Settings → Connections) and to Zwift. Export your Enduco workout to Intervals.icu — it will automatically show up in Zwift! Intervals.icu also supports exporting trainings in the future and workout import Zwift → Intervals.icu → Enduco is also working.

Via TrainingPeaks

Create a free TrainingPeaks account and connect it to Enduco (Settings → Connections) and to Zwift. Export your Enduco workout to TrainingPeaks — it will automatically show up in Zwift!

Important: You can only sync today’s workout.

.zwo file

You can also move your workout into Zwift without using a third-party service. Export your workout as a .zwo file and save it to your desktop. Then place the .zwo file into a specific folder on your Mac or PC. You’ll find the exact folder path and further instructions directly on Zwift’s support pages.

Activities from Zwift to Enduco

If you already connected Enduco to Intervals.icu simply enable the import via Intervals.icu as well. Enduco Workouts exported to Zwift via Intervals.icu will be synced back to Enduco when you finished them.

Unfortunately, Zwift doesn’t offer a direct integration with Enduco here either. You’ll need to go through a third-party platform. You can use common providers such as Garmin Connect, Strava, or TrainingPeaks.
