How to Cancel Your Subscription (App Store / Play Store)

We’re sorry to see you go! Here’s how you can cancel your enduco subscription, depending on where you purchased it.

Important to Know

  • All subscriptions are managed directly through Apple or Google, depending on your device.
  • Deleting your enduco account or uninstalling the app does NOT automatically cancel your subscription.
  • To avoid further charges, please make sure to cancel your subscription through the correct store.

If you subscribed via the Enduco Web Dashboard

  • Open the Enduco Web Dashboard
  • Go to Membership → Manage Membership
  • In the Stripe interface, you can view all your invoices and cancel your subscription.

If You Subscribed via the Apple App Store (iPhone or iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap your enduco subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

If You Subscribed via the Google Play Store (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap your enduco subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
