In the latest version of enduco, we’ve removed the strict separation between different activity profiles in your training plan. This means cycling indoors or outdoors - or on different bike types - does not result in completely different workouts being scheduled.

Why this change?

When intensity (heart rate, pace, or power) is matched, the training stimulus remains largely the same. Terrain or environment may vary, but the effect on your body is comparable. This simplifies planning while keeping your workouts effective.

What you can still do:

Even though the plan doesn’t separate indoor and outdoor sessions, you can differentiate activity types in your performance analysis:
Profile → 📈 Training Metrics → ⌚️ Standard Training Metrics.
Define how each activity is evaluated so your data reflects terrain, equipment, or environment differences.

💡 Tips:

  • Key factor for adaptation is intensity, not the exact location or equipment used.
