You can turn off the chat at any time in the same settings.

10 messages per month (including all follow-ups) for Pro accounts

100 messages per month (including all follow-ups) for ProβŠ• accounts

🧠 Knowledge

Our coaches are equipped with specialized knowledge – general, about your training plan, and your workout data – to support you as best as possible.

Knowledge about enduco

Your Kl coaches know the enduco app like no one else (well, maybe except our awesome team πŸ˜‰). They help you find specific features or settings.

Training knowledge

Your coach has extensive training expertise – directly from our sports science team.

Knows your training plan

Your coach knows what is planned, understands your goals, and which parameters need to be met.

Fitness data

Your coach knows your current training load, fitness data, fatigue level, check-ins, and more.

πŸͺ„ Actions

Your coach can perform most of the same actions in your training plan as you can. Don’t just see your coach as an assistant – use them to get feedback on your planned workouts.

Reschedule workouts

You can have a workout moved to a different date. Past workouts cannot be rescheduled.

Delete a workout

Let your coach delete a workout for you.

Assign a suitable workout

Have a workout scheduled for any day. Your coach knows your plan and automatically selects the appropriate sessions for you.

Request a specific workout

Ask for a specific session (e.g., Neuro Intervals). Your coach will select the appropriate workout from the enduco library based on your description.

Edit workout duration

Have your coach adjust the duration of a workout.

Adjust warm-up / cool-down duration

Your coach can change the warm-up or cool-down duration for a planned session.

Change scheduled time

Your coach can change the time of your workout. The adjustment will also sync with your calendar.
