This is the final real training phase before your half marathon. No new stimuli are introduced - only familiar elements. Workouts are designed to prepare you physically and mentally for race day!

Test race equipment (shoes, nutrition, breakfast routine, etc.)

Mostly threshold training and some activation runs

Now is not the time to catch up on missed training. You are ready.
