Our onboarding process is like a professional athlete’s assessment.
We collect all the key information needed to tailor your training plan. This begins with your anthropometric data: age, gender, height, weight, and performance metrics.
Your performance data is especially important. Don’t know them yet? No problem! enduco estimates them for the first two weeks or derives them from your past race results. During this initial period, you’ll complete a performance test to determine your precise values. If you already have performance data from a lab test, you can enter them directly. These values are the foundation for calculating your daily training load.
Next comes setting up your personalized training plan.
Now it gets specific: you’ll define your sport and your training goal.
We start by asking about your athletic history, since it makes a big difference whether you’re a beginner or already experienced. This helps us evaluate your “starting fitness”, which is a key factor in shaping your plan.
enduco also asks you to connect with third-party services to import your past training data. The last four weeks are particularly important, as they help us understand your current training condition – your starting fitness: how much, how often, and how long you’ve been training recently. You can track the import in real time and continue to the next step once all data is complete.
Let’s move on to your training goal with enduco.
You can either aim to gradually build fitness or prepare for a season highlight. You can enter planned races into enduco and assign them a priority (A, B, or C). Your training plan will be centered around your A-races and also take into account your B-races (preparation) and C-races (fun or test events). A new feature: you can now set a target time for each race – and enduco will tailor your preparation accordingly.
After setting your goals, you’ll be able to enter vacations and planned training camps. We define vacations as rest periods with no training, while training camps (with or without enduco) are phases with significantly higher training volume.
Finally, you’ll let us know how much time you have available each week for training.
Once that’s done, your onboarding is complete, and you’ll receive a full overview of your upcoming training plan.
